Apôtres is the first album from the synthwave atmospheric band Kommunizm Brigade. It's about a merchant sailor trapped on a remote southern island - the Island of the Apôtres, in the deep Indian Ocean. As he tries to contact the outside world, he slowly loses his mind.

Using horns, strings, sampled wind instruments, synths, and other interesting instruments (check out Nysaeland and Kawai'i;nga for some sick conch solos, for example), the nightmare of the island is fully realised on this disturbing yet highly intriguing album.
